What do graduates need to wear?

All graduates must wear academic attire. Beginning in January 2017, this can be ordered online at www.herffjones.com/college/ross under Ross School of Business. Attire can also be purchased at two local bookstores: Michigan Union Bookstore and Ulrich's Bookstore.

The cap and gowns for the Ross Commencement are the same as for University Commencement.

Some students have asked about purchasing "honor cords". While honor cords may be purchased from graduation gown vendors, be advised that final honors calculations are not computed until all grades are submitted (after commencement). This means that students who wish to purchase honor cords are doing so based on their own unofficial calculations, and wearing these honor cords does not carry any official recognition.

What is the dress code for guests?

There is no specific dress code for guests.
