Edward J. Wajda II

Currently Edward participates as a partner for Tanglin Advisory LLC in various business consulting and advising assignments. His particular focus is on corporate governance, global growth initiatives and crisis management. Previous to Tanglin Advisory, Edward spent over 20 years working as a senior executive for several multi-national industrial companies executing growth strategies throughout APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.

Edward acts as a director for the US-China Chamber of Commerce and the Brazil-US Business Council. He is also an active member with the National Association of Corporate Governance and the Turnaround Management Association.
