I worked for seven years in the CPG industry, and my last experience was in a multinational beverage company in Peru. I am passionate about innovation and how we can apply it to companies to help them to expand their scope. I came to Ross to keep developing my leadership and quantitative skills. I understand that great leaders aren't necessarily experts in a specific field, but people with good decision-making skills that lead teams to success. Choosing Ross was not difficult for me.
