I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, and attended the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, earning my degree in International Studies with a minor in Applied Statistics. As an undergrad student, I was really interested in social impact and philanthropy, and I applied to the Master of Management program to develop business acumen. Now, I serve as the Philanthropy Chair for the MM Student Association and I am exploring career options in non-profits, health, and education. The community is really special, especially if you come in with an open mind and make the most of the people around you. Everybody, whether that be staff, classmates, or alumni, is eager and willing to help you succeed. Getting a job can be stressful. One of the nice things about the MM Program is that because everybody has such diverse interests, each person's job search is going to be unique, and there is little pressure to conform to one industry or timeline.
