Alexandra Tennant

After completing my undergrad at the University of Maryland, College Park, I spent two years in the Foreign Service working at the U.S. Embassy in Asuncion, Paraguay. After returning from Paraguay, I joined Accenture’s Human Capital Practice and worked as a Management Consultant where I focused on Talent Management, specifically creating and delivering Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs to our clients. I am also extremely passionate about Health and Wellness, and have been teaching fitness classes for the past few years. You can catch me teaching here in Ann Arbor! Ross’s interest and connections in the intersection of Fitness and Business really stuck out to me in addition to its hands-on learning opportunities, incredible alumni network, and passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
