I've always had a strong belief in service and an interest in people. The intersection of these two passions led me to join the Army after college and pursue a career in human resources. I made the decision to get an MBA to build my business acumen and get hands-on experience to become a strategic HR leader. The combination of hands-on learning, social impact opportunities, and resources for human capital recruiting are what initially drew me to Ross, but it's the conversations I had with students and alumni that confirmed Ross was the place for me.
