Alyson Grine

Before Ross, I spent time in internal strategy roles, first in healthcare, and then across tech-led industries while on Deloitte's New Venture Accelerator team. While in these functions, my role was to understand new markets, design and own strategic roadmaps, and work with executive leadership to pilot, incubate, and scale business-wide initiatives. Time in these roles allowed me to maintain and foster a curiosity mindset and helped me to develop strong skills that I am looking forward to applying into additional industries, particularly within focus areas of social impact and sustainability. My goals through my time at Ross are to examine what it means to be an empathetic leader, strengthen my experience driving consumer-led innovation, become a leader of strategic groups in markets that drive positive change.
