The common thread throughout my career has been around optimizing the idea of “how people get work done.” Over my ten-year career, my passion for engaging employees evolved into a passion for well-run operations. Beginning at an HR tech startup, my background in servant leadership inspired me to explore the engagement side of work. Ending at a mental health-focused startup that needed structure for growth, I learned that crafting efficient workflows could become a new lens to view what an engaged employee looks like. My goal is to return to the tech industry in a strategy and operations role.
