After college, I went on to work as an engineer for a digital marketing agency. There, I was introduced to the creative and strategic aspects of marketing - mostly after transitioning to a client-facing role. I established a marketing agency of my own a couple of years later. After working in the field as an entrepreneur and a marketer, I identified a gap in my skillset that hindered my growth as a business leader. An MBA provided the avenue to bridge this gap. I chose Ross because of the culture - one I immediately identified with, the specific offerings via the ZLI and the Sanger Leadership Center, the unmatched faculty and peers, and the virtually infinite network of the school and the university. Ross' values synergized heavily with me and are at the core of my decision to pursue my MBA from Ross.
