I am passionate about teaching organizations how to focus on employee well-being while still achieving operational and financial efficiency. From my time working in Chicago and Detroit, I have cultivated immense experience in process improvement as well as change management. Ross has helped me refine this knowledge and taught me how to integrate these disciplines into tactical corporate strategies. While at Ross, I have also had the opportunity to pursue my passion for wellness and the revitalization of Detroit.
