When I found my love for accounting at the Ross School of Business in undergrad, coming back for my Masters in Accounting was always the goal. Knowing the amazing faculty, staff and students here, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The MAcc program has truly exceeded my expectations. Professors teach meaningful material that I will use on the job and my classmates have so many different experiences I can learn something from each of them. Working hard on homework and group projects during the week and hosting potlucks and bowling events on the weekends, I could not ask for a better experience. I started recruiting with accounting firm’s sophomore year of college. I participated in EY’s local and national leadership program and ultimately chose them to complete my client serving internship with in 2014.
I accepted my full time offer to work for EY in the Detroit office in 2014 and I am confident that my MAcc degree will allow me to make a difference in the workplace.
