I grew up in Northern Michigan and attended the University of Michigan as an undergrad to pursue a biology degree on the pre-med track. I have always been interested in people, culture, public health, and problem-solving, so I decided to also major in international studies and minor in Japanese. I decided med school wasn't the avenue I wanted to pursue and decided to join the Master of Management cohort to further develop my understanding of business and healthcare systems. I love how supported I feel not only by my peers but by every professor and faculty member at Ross. I truly feel like I am valued and seen as an individual and that they want me to succeed and reach my highest potential. There have been countless opportunities for me to attend info sessions about resumes, interviewing, job searching, networking, and so much more through the Career Development Office (CDO), and every one I have attended has been very beneficial. The CDO does a phenomenal job at encouraging students to learn, grow, and help personalize their career search while at Ross.
