Prior to Ross, I worked for Accenture for five years out of the Boston office – first as a management consultant and more recently as a Human Resources associate. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time in consulting, I became more and more drawn to working on behalf of our employees rather than our clients. I knew right away that I had found a home in HR and applied to business school with the conviction that I wanted to be an HR leader one day, yet needed the right tools to do so. Ross always stood out to me as a place that celebrates Human Capital and prioritizes community above all else. Now, as a Ross student, I have seen a special intersection of business and impact come to life. I am surrounded by like-minded people in both the Human Capital Club and Ross more broadly and have several opportunities to grow my leadership skills through unique action-based learning offerings (e.g. MAP and Sanger). Beyond school, I love spending time with friends and family, as well as exploring old and new places. I would be happy to share my experiences with you – please reach out if I can help in any way!
