Benjamin Richter
Class of 2019
I have spent the first six years of my career in a sales development program at PepsiCo. I currently work as a Senior Account Manager in the North American Beverages Division. I oversee sales strategy for several of the company’s brands at a large national retailer.
I pursued an MBA to enhance my business skill set, learn from intelligent classmates and outstanding professors, and ultimately accelerate my career. I can say from experience that the University of Michigan truly represents the Leaders and Best, and that was the type of community I wanted to join for business school. The Weekend MBA program allowed me to continue developing within my professional career while obtaining a world-renowned business school education. I have been fortunate to immediately implement the skills I have learned in the classroom and through various action-based learning assignments to my career. I am motivated and inspired every time I step on campus and am happy to share with others what makes the Ross Weekend MBA Program such a special opportunity.
