After completing my masters in economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, India, I started my career as a lecturer of economics at an undergraduate college of University of Delhi. Next, I spent four years working with the Government of India as an economist, managing development projects across India which were funded by multilateral institutions such as World Bank. I decided to do an MBA to complement my experience of the public sector and Ross with its focus on emerging markets and bottom of the pyramid business strategies piqued my interest on how I can combine business knowledge with my past work experience to drive larger impact. The huge alumni network of Ross in almost every part of the globe, world-class faculty, amazing diversity among students and the tremendous global exposure that Ross provides were the key deciding factors as to why I joined Ross. Every day at Ross is a new learning opportunity for me and I am thrilled to be a part of this community. Go Blue!
