Brandt Gessel

Prior to Ross, I spent six-and-a-half years growing a Tech Startup from 15 people to over 1,500 and while that was a fun and rewarding experience, I found myself somewhat pigeonholed in a single industry. I'm always trying to start and learn new things and felt that consulting would give me the variety of day-to-day projects and work experience that I'm hoping to get. I choose Ross, not only due to its best-in-class consulting placement, but the community of fun and outgoing peers that I found both in my classmates and the vast alumni network. I'm in Ann Arbor with my wife and two kids and the support that they've felt from everyone here has been enormous! Regardless of your background or current stage of life, there are people here for you, and the overall atmosphere is not just tolerant, but extremely accepting and loving of everyone.
