Curtis Grant

Class of 2019

Immediately following my undergraduate degree, I accepted a role with Deloitte Consulting in their Technology Practice implementing large-scale resource planning systems. This role kick-started a five-year period focusing primarily on the intersection of IT and business operations. After two years at Deloitte and three years as an independent technology consultant, I joined Parker Hannifin – a global motion controls technologies conglomerate – as a eBusiness Project Manager. In this role, I am responsible for the entire project lifecycle of many different software programs – from vendor selection through end-user adoption and organizational change management.

I decided to pursue my MBA at Ross to develop my skills and understanding of business to accelerate my career. The Ross Weekend MBA allowed me to maintain employment, reducing opportunity costs compared to full-time programs, yet provided a high-quality cohort-based education. I have been exposed to an elite network of faculty, students, and industry leaders, which have boosted both my leadership ability and the value I deliver to my employer. In addition to immense professional growth and business acumen, the sense of camaraderie and pride you feel with your class and as a Wolverine is something that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Go Blue!
