Prior to Ross, I worked at DaVita Inc. for six years where I led an analytics team to help drive our clinical strategy. I thoroughly enjoyed working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving complex problems, but I realized I wanted to "own" an innovative product or program rather than just play the support role. I decided to get my MBA because it would enable me to build the necessary skillset to pivot into a product manager role. I chose Ross because I absolutely loved the culture here -- it was really easy for me to get a sense of the culture during chats with students and alum. Additionally, I went to a large undergrad (UCLA) where there was a great mix of academics and sports (which I am passionate about), so Ross seemed like a no-brainer.
