I started my own company advising small and medium sized businesses on digital marketing while studying at Howard University in Washington,DC. That experience encouraged me to transition to professional services as a strategy consultant at Deloitte after undergrad. After Deloitte I joined the early team of a boutique consulting firm where I advised financial institutions on digital strategy and product development. I decided to get my MBA to strengthen my business acumen while exploring the intersection of finance and technology. I chose Ross because of its global reach and action-based learning curriculum. The Ross MBA program has allowed me to experience life in big tech and invest in promising new ventures, in addition to building relationships with humble rockstars.
I've paid it forward by empowering women to launch their own ventures and become investors through Women Who Launch (WWL); uniting students and alumni through the Black Business Student Association (Graduate Students - BBSA) (BBSA); and investing in student-run ventures through Contrary Capital. I love connecting with prospective students and look forward to answering your questions. Go Blue!
