Before attending Ross, I worked in digital marketing for ICF, a global consulting firm. While I enjoyed working in marketing over the years for different B2B organizations, I was fascinated by consumer behavior and the retail landscape and wanted the opportunity to further explore this interest and eventually pivot into B2C marketing. I decided to pursue an MBA so I could grow my leadership skills, undergo a more formal business education, and move into CPG brand management. After visiting the school and talking with several students, I knew that Ross’ strong sense of community would be a good cultural fit. I was also impressed with its emphasis on action-based learning.
