In the last 6 years of my professional career, I served multiple roles across 3 diverse industries. I worked at a large CPG, an early-stage start-up and a Big4 Consulting firm. Throughout these roles, I primarily supported business leaders in building high-performing organizations and improving the capability and productivity of teams. As I worked closely with C-suite executives, I aspired to be in their shoes. I wanted to transition from a support role to one that was at the intersection of influence and positive impact. In my pursuit to become a well-rounded business leader, I decided to pursue an MBA at Ross. In addition to building a solid business foundation, Ross offered strong action-based learning programs such as multi-disciplinary action projects (MAP). I was also interested in learning about new technologies and business analytics, clubs such as Tech Club and Data Analytics and Consulting Club at Ross caught my attention. As I interacted with the Ross student community and experienced a supportive culture, I was confident that Ross was the right place for me.
