Eden Berdugo

Prior to Ross, I spent the last five years working at the New York City Department of Small Business Services, where I oversaw the agency's services that support New Yorkers in launching and growing their early-stage small businesses. Our cohort-based programs connected entrepreneurs with the tools they need to build and grow successful businesses. As Director, I spearheaded a collaboration with Deloitte to design a Business Adaptation Playbook, a step-by-step guide for businesses to adapt to changing technologies, customer demands, and dynamic environments amidst COVID-19. I chose business school to strengthen my business acumen and I chose Ross to learn from the brightest and kindest group of peers and mentors.

In my free time, I love exploring new neighborhoods, spending time with my family (although none are sadly in the Midwest!), attempting my mother's French Moroccan cooking, and watching almost any and all TV comedies.
