Emilie Siegler Morton
Prior to Ross, I advised HR executives on DEI, talent management, culture, human capital, and establishing HR operating models. Specifically, I worked on identifying trends and best practices in DEI and HR organizational management through tools, presentations, and white papers in Gartner’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice.
I decided to pursue an MBA because I wanted to develop quantitative and financial analytic skills and gain new action-based experiences across industries and functions that I could use in my career. Rossers provided me with truly invaluable support from the moment I even considered applying to the moment I accepted my job offer. I can't think of a more supportive place I've ever had the pleasure of joining!
A little bit about me outside of Ross; I enjoy practicing yoga, cooking and baking, and love to travel! I have lived in Ann Arbor for 5 years now, so feel free to ask me any questions about life in Ann Arbor, transitioning from the West Coast, and my stances on the best coffee shops in town!
