Born in California and living in Seattle before b-school, Ross is my first time outside of the west coast. Prior to Ross, I spent four years at Deloitte Consulting in their Human Capital practice primarily helping healthcare organizations with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. I came to Ross to further my knowledge in the healthcare space and I am particularly interested in patient health equity, patient access, and improving health outcomes for marginalized communities. I moved to Ann Arbor with my husband and two dogs and spend a lot of my free time with them. I also enjoy cooking, reading, exercising, and exploring Ann Arbor.
