Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I am an avid explorer of my island's sights, culture, and food, and love sharing them with others. After obtaining my undergraduate degree in business, I followed my heart and passion into the social impact sector where I spent nearly 10 years working with diverse stakeholders, from impact consulting, to philanthropy, and nonprofits. Most recently, I was Strategic Development Manager at Grupo Guayacán, the island's leading entrepreneurship and small business support organization. I decided to pursue an MBA to take my mission driven career to the next level by building my leadership abilities and skills for long-term success at the intersection of the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. I chose Ross because it's a school that truly lives by its mission of building a better world through business and developing purpose-driven leaders who can make a positive difference. After graduation, I hope to continue blending my passions for business and impact and to advocate for greater diversity and inclusion.
