Grant Hilfinger

I spent the last four years in operations working on fighter jets and helicopters. While I enjoyed getting into the nitty gritty details of manufacturing, I realized longer term I want to take on more strategic roles and get exposed to a wide variety of industries. I chose Ross for the action based learning, community and location. It is quite uncommon for people from the defense industry to pursue a full-time MBA but every day I'm glad I made the decision I did. Go Blue!
