One of my inherent drivers is the continuous thirst for new challenges. After a fulfilling experience during my undergraduate years, I want to round out my resume by adding management skills to my technical background. Hence, I moved from India's largest power plant to small firms which allowed me to lead teams and improve my management skills very early on. After a few years in such roles, I developed an interest in HR and pursued a degree in human resource management. Fortunately, I received phenomenal opportunities after my graduation and worked across different business units and industries driving large scale projects. Once again, as I developed comfort in most of the HR domains, I felt the need to broaden my horizon and expand my knowledge of other aspects of business processes. This calling brought me to Ross, and I believe it has been one of the best decisions of my life. I will continue to challenge myself post-MBA and keep learning to broaden my skill set even further, while developing an understanding of different sectors and functions.
