I've always had a knack for data, math, and numbers. After taking intro to financial and managerial accounting, I decided to learn more about the profession and felt like the accounting was something I could make a career out of. Having attended Ross undergrad, the Ross MAcc was a natural choice. But beyond wanting to spend one more year here, I like the Ross MAcc because of the ability to take MBA classes, the variety of experiences in and out of the classroom, and the 100+-member MAcc community.
I went through leadership program recruiting sophomore year and internship recruiting junior year. Throughout the process, I learned how to articulate my experiences and interests, communicate professionally, and enjoy the process even when it was hard.
