Jess Mersten

Prior to Ross, I worked at a Fortune 500 global retailer and a 20-person financial technology startup in California. While these experiences were quite different, both required leveraging data for decision-making and stretched my leadership skills. I decided to pursue an MBA to dive deeper into data analytics, build my network beyond the West Coast, and become a better leader. I chose Ross because of its emphasis on action-based learning and business for good. A lifelong volunteer, I'm excited to further explore the intersection of business and social impact throughout my MBA.
