Joe McDonald is currently a tax accountant at Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining EY, Joe graduated from the University of Alabama in 2019 with a B.S in Commerce & Business Administration. Joe majored in Accounting at Alabama. At Alabama, Joe was involved in leadership in his fraternity, Chi Phi, and also volunteered for Culverhouse LIFT (a financial literacy program run through Alabama's business school that offered classes to people in the Tuscaloosa community). Upon graduation from Alabama, Joe completed a Master of Accounting in 2020 from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. During his time at Ross, Joe was involved in the MAcc student association and served as the Student Relations Co-Chair. In this role, Joe worked with fellow executive members and helped plan social events as well as build a sense of community within the MAcc program. Joe is originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area and outside of work he loves to play golf and always has a game to watch on the TV. Joe is a huge Alabama fan, but also loves Michigan as well. Joe enjoys spending time with his pug, Chipper, and currently lives in Atlanta. As Joe would say, "Roll Blue!"
