John Brown

Greetings, prospective students! John Brown here, and I served in the United States Marine Corps prior to enrolling at Ross. In my last Active Duty role, I worked on a team that used artificial intelligence/machine learning to educate Marines on making better maintenance decisions. Whether I stayed in for four years or 40, I wanted to control my transition from Active Duty. So when deciding on programs, I chose Ross' full-time MBA to bridge my knowledge gap as I pivoted into brand management roles and to contribute to the pay it forward culture. Over the summer, I served as a Associate Marketing Manager Intern at the Clorox Company, and plan to re-recruit for marketing/brand management roles. In my spare time, you can find me cooking, baking, reading, or taking pictures around Ann Arbor  (especially at the Bus) while also continuing my Marine Corps career in the Reserves.
