Prior to Ross, I spent seven years in tax accounting where I focused primarily on research and development tax credits. My roles gave me a good foundation in business and exposed me to some key decisions made by executives. I wanted to learn more about how those decisions were made. I decided to go to business school to build on my business foundations and pivot to a career in consulting. At the start of my application process, Ross stood out to me due to its hands-on learning, collaborative culture, and strong student and alumni community. As a gay man going back to school, having a supportive community was also incredibly important to me, and Ross is supportive of every person, regardless of how they identify. I'm very excited to be a part of Ross and am happy to chat about my experiences and background. Go Blue!
