Josh Greenfield

Before attending Ross, I was working in a Financial Leadership Development program at one of the Big 3 US automotive companies. Coming from a business background, and paired with my love for learning, I always figured an MBA was in my future. However, while diving into multiple rotations throughout my four years at my prior employer, I realized that what drove me was the opportunity to come into new teams and situations and then be able to make an impact in a short amount of time. I knew consulting would give me this opportunity to make a real impact, and an MBA was my path to switch careers. As an alumnus of Ohio State University (purposefully omitted the "The" so people will talk to me), realizing that Ross was at the top of my list of schools was a weird feeling at first, but I couldn't be happier about my decision. I came here to be a part of the hands-on, experiential approach to learning Ross is known for, as well as the collaborative, tight-knit, and diverse community; everything has exceeded my expectations.
