Katie Wells

Prior to Ross, I spent seven years in the Human Resources space in Washington, DC where I focused on Talent Acquisition and Data Analytics. I came to Ross because I wanted to continue to focus on the people side of business, and while doing so, get a broader understanding of how an organization's people fit into its business decisions. In researching schools, I was drawn to Ross's intentional choice to not only provide foundational business knowledge, but also to grow its students as future leaders through offerings from the Center for Positive Organizations and Sanger Leadership Center. As I began interacting with students and alumni, I have seen firsthand the value Ross places on educating the whole person. The Ross community truly is incredible. At every step along the journey Rossers have been there to lend an ear, provide feedback and support, and welcome me into the community. I am thrilled with my decision to attend Ross and continue my business and leadership education with an amazing group of students.
