In the six years prior to Ross, I first worked as a management consultant (EY-Parthenon) and then as a strategic planner in a large nonprofit charter school district in Los Angeles (Green Dot Public Schools). It was an easy decision to choose Ross because of the collaborative culture, ample leadership opportunities, and additional learning via the institutes that I knew I'd find in the program.

As a career switcher, I was also confident that Ross' exceptional Technology and Marketing departments, club-related recruiting resources, and emphasis on action-based learning would support my career goals.
