Former analytical chemist turned HR professional (& now MBA student at Ross). Believe it or not, lab work and people work are very similar, in that both require strong observation skills, an ability to creatively problem-solve, and most importantly: patience and resilience. My areas of HR expertise include talent development, organizational design, people analytics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Here at Ross, I'm involved in the Human Capital Club (Co-President), as well as the Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities Club (Founder). My post-MBA interests are in Human Capital Consulting (joining PWC's Workforce Transformation Division in NYC)!
