Lauren Warrender

Prior to Ross, I was an officer in the US Army for over seven years. In the Army, I was primarily a human resources officer and then moved to working within special operations. I also had the opportunity to intern within a private equity firm prior to starting business school. Once I decided to leave the military, attending business school was an easy choice to make. There is no better place to increase analytical skills while getting to experience the civilian sector than business school. I am interested in pivoting into human capital consulting after business school. A large reason as to why I chose to attend Ross was because of the tight-knit community.
