I am originally from St. Louis, MO but currently reside in Columbus, OH. Shortly after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a M.S. in finance, I started my career in corporate banking at KeyBank. After completing the two-year credit analyst program at Key, I made a move into private capital markets, joining Advantage Capital, a growth focused private equity firm that specializes in impact investing. For the last year, I have been working at Oxer Capital, a private equity and mezzanine investment firm based in Columbus, OH.
I wanted to pursue an MBA to cultivate my business “toolset” in areas outside of just finance and to develop critical leadership skills. I felt growing in these areas would make me a more effective professional in the private investing world. I decided to enroll in the Ross Weekend MBA program because of the high caliber faculty and student body, as well as the opportunities for leadership growth offered through the Sanger Leadership Center. I would be happy to answer any questions to help you determine how the Weekend MBA can be the perfect fit for you.
