Before business school, I spent 4 years in human capital consulting at Deloitte focusing on HR process improvement and enhancing employee experiences. At Ross I hope to further develop my understanding and expertise in design thinking and how that combined with technology can help drive innovation in the way patients experience healthcare. I am passionate about people and love that Ross has many ways personally and professionally to get involved and cultivate meaningful relationships. I applied to business school with my husband and really appreciate the partner environment that Ross has cultivated for those who have partners in class with them as well as those who are bringing a non-student partner. I am a homebody which is why I am so glad to be back in a "small" town in the Midwest closer to family!
