Marina Castro graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. Prior to Ross, Marina took on roles in data analytics, system implementations, and project planning in the non-profit and pharmacy retail settings in Chicago. Marina is passionate about addressing social determinants of health and optimizing healthcare for all. She is pursuing a concentration in healthcare management at Ross and aims to develop a career in strategy, focusing on enhancing value-based care solutions and tackling infrastructure disparities within healthcare. At Ross, Marina is the director of alumni relations for the Hispanic Business Club (HBS) and is an active member of the Healthcare and Life Science Club, Latin American Business Student Association (LABSA) (LABSA), Michigan Business Women (MBW), and The Gourmet Club.
