Prior to Ross, I worked at Deloitte in human capital consulting, helping clients to design and execute change, communications, and training strategies for large-scale technology implementations. I decided to come to business school to enhance my leadership skills, develop a stronger business acumen, and strengthen my analytical capabilities. I chose Ross because of the unique opportunities that I would be afforded here, such as MAP, and because of the people. The experience thus far has exceeded all of my expectations, and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
