Nilsa Ileana Pedanou

Currently, I am a Master Data Simplification/Digitization Leader and a Personal Cleansing Care Site Initiatives Execution Leader at P&G Tabler Station. I was excited about this role since it perfectly combines my Chemical Engineering and Business Analytics degrees; this was my prime motivator for pursuing MBAn. Some highlights from my time in Ross include the curriculum design, alumni network, and classmates. The MBAn curriculum taught me critical technical skills and foundational business skills that I now use in my daily work life. 

Similarly, the alumni network and on-campus recruiting events helped me to secure my current role. Lastly, engaging with my classmates inside and outside the classroom was my favorite part of the program. They were all hardworking individuals with a wide array of backgrounds, which made working in groups a rewarding experience.
