Prior to Ross, I worked as an advisory consultant focused on business process improvement of back office functions such as Finance, IT, and HR. I came to business school with plans to pivot into strategy consulting where I would have more impact on the everyday consumer and society at large. I hope to work on projects at the intersection of health/wellness x tech x consumer with long term goals to work in a strategic growth role in the fitness + wellness technology industry.
I decided to come to Ross because I wanted to join a community where I would not only be challenged but supported by my peers. Ross immediately made me feel part of the family when I visited for interviews and knew this was the place I could comfortably grow the most. I am inspired by the diversity and inclusion in student leadership as I continue to grow personally and professionally in my business school journey. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk about moving to a cold environment from the South, consulting, or life at Ross as a black woman. Go Blue!
