Class of 2024

I chose Ross because I felt that the students, faculty, and program as a whole reflected my values and priorities. Because my background is in healthcare as a clinician, I was initially very unsure about my decision to attend business school because I didn't have a business background. Throughout my conversations with Ross students, alumni, and staff, it became clear that Ross was a program that both appreciated and highly valued the fact that my background was so unique. The diversity of the student body with regards to previous careers, cultures, and interests, is one of Ross's best features. There are so many opportunities to learn new things, not only through coursework but also through clubs and venture funds.

I am passionate about improving the operations of healthcare institutions in terms of both strategy and equity initiatives. Ross has placed a significant emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion, with specific callouts to healthcare applications. The Healthcare Innovation Scholarship program is an additional testament to Ross's commitment to this sector.

I have loved living in Ann Arbor so far, there is great food and culture here along with what seems like never-ending natural beauty. On weekends you can find me and my partner strolling around The Arb with our coffee mugs, or joining in one of the many social gatherings that are happening almost constantly. Joining the class of 2024 at Ross was one of the best decisions I have made, and I would love to share my experiences or answer any questions!
