Rachel Phillips

After graduating from the University of Michigan, I worked in Ann Arbor as a magazine editor before I moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. While in SF, I held a variety of marketing and PR roles both at agencies and in house. I also volunteered my PR expertise in support of the organization Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco.

Later, I returned to Ann Arbor to pursue marketing roles at tech companies, and I co-founded Shine & Rise, an organization that helps women in southeastern Michigan working in the tech sector build connections and support each other. 

I am the Sales and Marketing Director at CubeWorks, an early-stage startup in the IoT space, and I am enrolled in the WMBA program at Ross. I’d love to share my experience about the WMBA program with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
