Rebecca Leder
I'm a second year dual-degree MBA/MPP student with the Ford School of Public Policy.
Prior to graduate school, I worked at the Obama Foundation, where I focused on strategic partnerships and community engagement for the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. Before joining the Obama Foundation, I worked at a policy research center, working to improve the lives of vulnerable communities through data-driven recommendations to policymakers.
I decided to get an MBA/MPP to develop a theoretical framework and the discrete skills—as a leader and decision maker—to add value to organizations that inspire me and bring benefit to others. Ross’s focus on social impact and sustainability stood out as I explored business schools, and is ultimately what brought me to Ann Arbor.
Please reach out! I’m happy to answer any questions about Ross, Midwest winters (they’re not that bad!), or anything else on your mind during the application process.
