Robin F. Baker

Prior to joining Ross, I practiced as a licensed occupational therapist, working in several inner city hospitals within the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. Additionally, I serve as a co-founder of GoTHERAPY, Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to physical rehabilitation and community health resources for adults living with chronic diseases in West Africa.

My journey as a healthcare provider and nonprofit founder deepened my passion for health equity and further strengthened my commitment to enhancing the health and wellbeing of communities of color. As a career changer, I was drawn to the array of action based learning programs at Ross and leadership development opportunities through the Sanger Leadership Center. Without a doubt, I chose Ross because of our tight-knit community and our shared ethos of paying it forward.
