Prior to Ross, I worked at Reckitt in the consumer goods industry, with deep exposure to Greater China and 9+ developing markets. Working in the technology and digital arm of the company, I have thoroughly enjoyed making an impact using technology by driving several digital transformation and change management projects across various business functions- Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Supply and customer service.

Solving complex problems in cross functional settings, especially during uncertain times of COVID-19 and regional protests, sparked my interest in moving to consulting to develop a well-rounded strategic thinking mindset. To make this pivot, an MBA was a logical step and I chose Ross for its strength in curriculum and extraordinary action-based learning opportunities.
