Prior to Ross, I worked as a consultant in the healthcare field. This work, and extracurricular involvement in my firm, helped me to realize my passion for learning and supporting others' leadership and professional development. I sought out an MBA to enable a pivot into the human capital and people development space. I chose Ross because I felt an inimitable connection to the people I met and felt an immediate home in the community. These feelings were only deeper anchored by access to the array of amazing hands-on learning opportunities and the key centers and institutes such as Sanger Leadership Center and the Center for Positive Organizations. Outside of Ross and work life, I am a travel, adventure, and dog lover and would love to talk about any of the above and more. Go Blue!
