Samra Matin

I’m currently a program manager within the supply chain transformation function at a large CPG company. I am endlessly curious about all things CPG and have used the Ross MBA to transition from engineering to marketing to program management in a short amount of time. I chose Ross for its collaborative, rigorous culture and found the exact experience I had hoped for! Pursuing the Weekend MBA allowed me to continue progressing in my career while still accomplishing my educational goals.

While at Ross, I was able to participate in Sanger leadership activities and the Michigan Marketing Club, explore corporate strategy through my MAP project, and of course, build lifelong relationships with my peers. In the future, I hope to use the rigorous training from the MBA to explore more functions within CPG, tackle stickier problems, and manage larger teams.
